A Calypso Coral Birthday

Today I have a Secret Garden Birthday card to share.  I love the look of the doily as a background for a greeting and flowers, so I did another one!

This time I made a card with Calypso Coral.  I embossed the card base with the Lacy Brocade EF.  I added in the doily, but wanted the greeting to show up better so I didn't stamp on it.  Instead I die cut an oval for my greeting.  The Happy Birthday is from Perfectly Penned stamped in Calypso Coral.
For the flower, I used Secret Garden.  The flower was stamped tone on tone three times so I could make the flower dimensional.  Each layer of the flower was cut out and put together with dimensionals.  I added in a couple tiny pearls in the center of the flower and leaves die cut from Pear Pizzaz CS as finishing touches.  I also stamped the doily with the flower in Calypso Coral before attaching the focal points.  And that's it!  This layout has an elegant look and they are so easy to put together.  I have been using this layout as my go to when I need a card in a hurry!
Thanks for stopping by, check back tomorrow for more!

If it doesn't move...stamp it!!
