Wisteria Wonder Mother's Day

I have another Mother's Day card to share today.  This time I did minimal stamping, the focal point of the card is the Manhattan Embossing folder.

I've done a card like this before using watercolor paper.  This time I tried something different...glossy paper.  It embosses beautifully.  An Aqua painter and wisteria re-inker were used to color the roses.  The color glides over the paper, then sinks in.  I added a little bit of Pool Party as an accent color.  It's water colored lightly on the background, plus used for the butterflies from Bloomin' Marvelous and the greeting.  I love these two colors together! So much so that I have another card to share with this color combo tomorrow, so check back!
