Afternoon Picnic DSP for TSSC273

It's Monday and time for a new Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge!  This week was yet another fun sketch from Mary Jo at Techostamper.  Take a look.

When I saw this sketch, my first instinct was to make a card with Secret Garden.  BUT, I wanted to try to think outside of the box and do this sketch without flowers.  So I focused on the Afternoon Picnic DSP that I wanted to use for the card.  Here's what I came up with.

No flowers!  I went in a totally different direction and made a baby card.  I know that Little Additions is retired, but I still love it.  The DSP was perfect for this, looks like a quilt in the background.  I used Coastal Cabana and Wisteria Wonder as my main colors, just love how great they look together.

You can see cards made by the other members of the design team by clicking on the links below.  I hope you will play along with the sketch challenge this week, just go to Technostamper to find out more and to link up your card!

I would love to receive this card, either as a grandma card (which I am not nor will be!) and know a new mom would love it as well. You really have a knack for great cards!!!!
